CONFERENCE FEES

FULL PAYMENT	:	RM 1,280.00 per person OR USD 350 per person
GROUP DISCOUNT	:	15% Group Discount for company sending 4 or more delegates. Company to register 4 participants at any one time with the same billing address to be entitled for group discount.
		The registration fees inclusive of participation at the conference sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks during the conference, conference materials and invitations to all hosted functions.
		Organisers reserves the right to change the venue of, or speakers at the conference should circumstances require.

PAYMENT METHODS

All payment are to be made payable to 'INSTITUTE FOR DEVELOPMENT STUDIES (SABAH)' in advance of the conference. Walk-in delegates with payment will be admitted on a space available basis.

TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER

For payments via Telegraphic Transfer, a copy of the Transfer Instruction (with company name/address and name of participants must be faxed to IDS (Fax - 088-261609)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund will only be made 2 weeks after the conference. A refund minus a service charge of 10% will be levied for cancellations received in writing on or before 1st September 2005. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 1st September 2005 but substitution of delegates is permitted provided prior notification is received in writing.
